What is it like: riesling from Alto Adige is completely dry. This Aristos rielings has an attractive golden colour, accompanied by aromas of juicy nectarine and, in the right temperature, a wisp of petrol that is often the trait of riesling. On palate it has a crisp citrus raciness with a medium body. in addition to seafood, try it with your Chinese dishes like steamed chicken with black fungus.

What is it like: with aromas of juicy white peaches and a whiff of daffodils, it is dry and fruity with a light body, and a tanginess that is thirst quenching. It has a lighter body than its sibling Kerner "Sabiona". Serve chilled at around 12 degrees.

The most straigh-forward of the range of Sylvaner wines from Eisacktaler, this wine has a notable notes of green tangy apple and a hint of white pepper. With its cleansing quality it goes very well with sashimi and fresh oysters. Served chilled at 8-10 degrees.

The Sylvaner in this "Aristos" range is more complex and more length than its sibling the classic Sylvaner, yet it is approachable enough for all occasions. The peach and green apple aromas are more intense, the tanginess from acidity and fruits more pronounced, and the touch is smoother but the wine still feels lively and refreshing. It is a good pair with grilled chicken, grilled cod, or creamy risotto. Serve chilled at 10 degrees.

What is it like? Grüner Vetliner is a popular white grape in Alto Adige, as well as Austria and some parts of Germany. The Grüner Vetliner in the "Aristos" range is made to give a sophisticated expression. With aromas of orange flowers and sweet herbs, it is lively and zesty in palate a hint of peppery spiciness. It is perfect with fish and shellfish, and also by itself as an uplifting aperitif. Served chilled at 10-12 degrees.

What is it like? The Müller Thurgau grape is a cross between Riesling and Madeleine Royale and even its own name has an interesting history.
This wine is a youthful and simple expression of the grape. With aromas of green apple, white pepper and a bit of sweet mint leaves, it is light and refreshing with a juicy and nervy sensation in palate. Great refresher in summer parties, with appetisers and finger food. Serve chilled at 8-10 degrees.

What is "Sabiona" Sylvaner? the Sylvaner grape is more often found Germany, Austria, Alsace (France), and in Alto Adige in Italy. "Sabiona" is the top line from Eisacktaler Kellerei and has taken the name of the massive dioritic Sabiona rocks that line steep slopes where the vineyards are found.
What is it like: With notes of dried white flowers, touch of ripe stone fruits, it has a very smooth body and a good dose of acidity. Enjoy it on its own as an pre-dinner aperitif, or with richer seafood dish such as lobster bisque.
