What is "Sabiona" Sylvaner?  the Sylvaner grape is more often found Germany, Austria, Alsace (France), and in Alto Adige in Italy. "Sabiona" is the top line from Eisacktaler Kellerei and has taken the name of the massive dioritic Sabiona rocks that line steep slopes where the vineyards are found.

What is it like: With notes of dried white flowers, touch of ripe stone fruits, it has a very smooth body and a good dose of acidity. Enjoy it on its own as an pre-dinner aperitif, or with richer seafood dish such as lobster bisque.
