La Colombera Colli Tortonesi DOC Timorasso "Derthona" 2017
What is it like? Made from 100% Timorasso grapes, an old indigenous grape in Piedmont that is gaining recognition for its complex notes, age-worthiness and rarity. It has notes of honey, acacia flowers and ripe peach, and a full body as it ages. The wine improves with age and it is best to wait at least 3 years after harvest.
