Why we like it: born in the southern coastal area of Italy this Fiano has the warmth of the sun and the breath of the sea breeze. A bright aperitif with fruity notes of white peach and crisp profile, and a hint of the sea salt. Serve chilled at 10-12 degrees C and it is perfect for seafood.
