What is it like? Nero di Troia is a more approachable red grape than some of its big, rustic red peers in Southern Italy, and so shorter waiting time before it is ready to drink. This wine is made with 100% of Nero di Troia and has the rich fruity notes of brandy red cherries, Balsamic nose, red pepper, with a medium body. The combination of acidity, fruitiness and mellow tannins make it a red wine that can go with fish nicely.

Serve at around 16 degrees C.
