We suggest: pair it with a cream-based soup, or deeper flavour fish (grilled black cod, for example). Creamier and richer than the Soave Classico sibling, it can be enjoyed alone without food or as apertivo. Serve 10-12 degrees C.

From the limited Edition pair of a white and red, this 100% Garganega white is a more complex version of the Soave classico. Drink on its own, or with richer fish like grilled black cod. Serve slightly chilled at 13-15 degrees (wait 10 mins if taken from the fridge).

From the limited Edition pair of a white and red. This Rosso is from a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, made by drying the grapes to lose 20% water content before fermentation. Smooth and fruity this is perfect follow up after the Garganega white, for more flavourful food (red meat, hard cheese). Serve at around 16 degrees.

Made with 70% Corvina and 30% Rondinella grapes, this is an elegant Amarone that is richly cherry with hint of dark chocolate and full body. It is a strong wine so go best with stewed meat or aged cheese. Serve at around 20 degrees and open at least 2 hours before, or decant.

What is it: Made from 100% Garganega and in the “Brut” style, dry finish and medium bubbles . It has the white floral notes of its still sibling Soave Classico and the refreshing sparkles. Serve chilled 6-8 degrees.

We suggest: great as aperitif or when having seafood as the tangy and tropical fruit profile gives an uplifting effect on your appetite. Serve chilled to slightly chilled (10-12 degrees C.)
